Proposal to Revoke the Classification as Community Land

Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to Section 194 of the Local Government Act 1999, the Mount Barker District Council (“Council”) proposes to revoke the classification as community land of 2A Fulford Terrace, Littlehampton, being Allotment 24 in Deposited Plan 34080, in the area of Littlehampton, Hundred of Macclesfield.

Council resolved to commence community consultation to revoke the classification of community land for the intended purpose of selling the land and using the net proceeds from the sale to fund improvements to the public open space on the Glebe land.

Council invites submissions on the proposal. Submissions should be marked “Proposal to Revoke Classification as Community Land –2A Fulford Terrace” and addressed to the Chief Executive Officer, Mount Barker District Council, PO Box 54, Mount Barker SA 5251 or emailed to by 5pm Tuesday 9 May 2017.
