Notice of Works - Cheriton Avenue Mount Barker
Application & Permit No: APP/23/2018.
Date: Monday 8 May to 3 June 2023 (weather dependant).
BMD Urban have applied to Council and have been granted approval to occupy a section of Cheriton Avenue Mount Barker to undertake sewer infrastructure works. Works are scheduled to commence on Monday 8th of May and completed by Saturday 3rd June 2023 (weather/ technical constraints dependant).
During these works, a partial road closure will be in place on Cheriton Avenue between Isabella Way and Monterey Place; driveway access to properties will be maintained (some disturbance may be experienced).
Traffic management will be in place for the safety of the workers and the community (please see traffic management plan below); road users are asked to observe workzone traffic management control in place when travelling through the area.
Whilst some noise will be experienced at times during the works, BMD Urban will endeavour to minimise disruption to nearby residents and apologise for any inconvenience. BMD Urban appreciate your patience and understanding during this important work.
