Notice of Works - Light Crescent Mount Barker

Date: Monday 28 November to Saturday 16 December 2023 (weather dependent).
Programmed Property Services will be undertaking building maintenance works to the property situated at 1A Secker Road, Mount Barker (Mitre 10). Works are due to occur between Monday 28 November to Saturday 16 December 2023 (weather/ technical constraints dependent).
Programmed Property Services have applied to Council and have been granted approval to occupy a section of verge along Light Crescent Mount Barker between 7.00am to 5.00pm daily until the works are completed.
Pedestrian management will be in place for the safety of the workers and the community (please see traffic management plan below). Road users are asked to observe workzone traffic management control in place when travelling through the area.
Whilst some temporary disruption to pedestrian movement will be experienced at times as the works progress, Programmed Property Services will endeavour to minimise disruption to pedestrians and nearby businesses and apologise for any inconvenience.
