Council undertook an Expression of Interest (EOI) process that sought submissions to help deliver and operate the Summit Precinct.

Property advisors Alinea Group assisted Council to administer this process which included a national campaign seeking groups capable of delivering an integrated leisure and entertainment precinct.
The EOI was issued to the market from 23 May 2023 to 3 August 2023.
