Home Assist
Home Assist provides assistance with minor home and garden maintenance and support with cleaning. The emphasis is on maintaining and regaining independence.
Social Options
A range of social activities and assistance is available for eligible residents who have difficulty getting out and about. Information about social activities in the community is also provided.
Transport
Information about transport options in the Adelaide Hills including community transport.
Chat & Connect
Chat & Connect can provide a friendly face to share conversation, hobbies and friendship with someone living in an aged care facility or at home.
