Registration
Mount Barker District Council uses VendorPanel to simplify the way we seek quotes and tenders. VendorPanel is a free to use online Procurement portal used to increase transparency and compliance in purchasing processes.
VendorPanel Marketplace provides businesses with visibility of tender opportunities made available by Council and many other buying organisations across the country.
You will not need to register if your business is already a supplier on VendorPanel Marketplace. The administrator of your account can add you as a Colleague – you’ll have your own unique login and appear as a local supplier in the region you service.
If your business has a VendorPanel account, but is not registered on the Marketplace, then please speak to your account administrator so they can register using their email address - this will ensure all supplier lists you’re on are linked to a single account.
To find out who the administrator of your account is if your business is already registered on VendorPanel Marketplace you can contact VendorPanel.
Steps to register on VendorPanel Marketplace:
- Visit www.vendorpanel.com.au/mountbarker/marketplace
- Watch the video below to learn how to set up your account correctly.
- Select the categories appropriate for your business, and - if you have an existing VendorPanel account - use the same email address to register.

When a quote or tender is posted and your organisation or any of the categories you are registered in has been selected, you will receive an email notification to log into VendorPanel and respond.
