Children

Mount Barker District Council provide childhood vaccinations under the National Immunisation Program, South Australia Schedule from birth to four years of age, at no cost to people who hold a current Medicare card.

Please bring to your appointment:

• Your child's Medicare card, and
• My Health and Development Record (Blue Book), or Personal Vaccination Record card

A parent or legal guardian must provide consent and be present for the vaccination(s).

If your child has missed scheduled vaccinations, catch up vaccinations can be arranged. Please contact us on 8391 7222 to speak with an Immunisation Nurse who will assess your child's immunisation history and recommend any required vaccines.

Mount Barker District Council do not provide the following services:

• Respiratory Syncytial Virus (RSV) vaccination
• Travel vaccination
