Environmental Grants
The Environmental Grants Program provides funding for projects that support and enhance the local and regional environment within the Mount Barker District Council area. Funding is available for community, environmental and service groups and associations. Funding is provided on a one‑off basis. Receiving a grant in any given year does not guarantee Council funding in future rounds. Before applying, please ensure you read the Environmental Grants Criteria
Please note the Environmental Grants Guidelines have been updated. Key changes include:
- A maximum funding amount of $5,000.
- Quotes must be provided for any project expenses of $500 and above.
- Applicants must provide an annual financial statement from the previous financial year.
