Notice of Works - Polo Drive, Fidler Lane

Commencing the week of 14 September 2026, work will commence at Minters Rise Stage 2, Polo Drive and Fidler Lane and conclude by the end of the year.

Works will install sewer and recycle water mains and construction of a footbridge.

Commencing in the Polo Grounds for approximately 4 weeks after which construction of the footbridge will commence.

During the footbridge construction, Fidler Lane will be closed to pedestrian access.

Please follow all traffic and pedestrian signage in place.
