Purchase Order Terms and Conditions
Mount Barker District Council’s Purchase Order Terms and Conditions apply to all purchase orders or accepted offers where a contract/agreement has not been executed with the Council in relation to the goods/services/works being provided. These, together with a completed Purchase Order, constitute a binding legal contract between Council and Contractor or Provider.
Purchase Order Terms and Conditions
The Provider acknowledges that they have read and understood the Council’s Purchase Order Terms and Conditions and accepts them as binding.
The Provider acknowledges and agrees that the Conditions of Contract will be deemed to have been perused and accepted and are binding on the Provider on the acceptance of a Purchase Order.
Standard Terms and Conditions for Goods, Services or Works
Where a Contract has been executed between Council and Contractor, the terms of that agreement shall solely apply.
