Delegations Register
Council delegates powers and duties under the various Acts via a formal Instrument of Delegation.
Delegations were reviewed by Council on Monday 4 March 2024 a copy of these instruments and the sub-delegations for each Act are available here
Gift Registers
The Code of Conduct for Council Members requires Council to have a Gifts and Benefits register to record any gifts and benefits received by Council Members over $50.00.
The Code of Conduct for Council Employees requires that all gifts over the value of $50.00 must be declared on the Gifts and Benefits register.

Section 105 of the Local Government Act 1999 requires Council's Chief Executive Officer to keep a record (the Register of Salaries) in accordance with principles (if any) prescribed by the regulations.
