Council has established Developer Contribution Agreements for the provision of direct infrastructure requirements external to the various residential development sites within the Mount Barker District Council area.
The following document provides information that reflects good engineering practice and details the standards and requirements that need to be met in the design, construction, and development of infrastructure assets in the Mount Barker District Council.
The document "Standards and Requirements in the Design, Construction and Development of Infrastructure Assets in the Mount Barker District Council" was issued for public comment and has now been endorsed by Council.
This document should be used by developers to fulfill the infrastructure requirements of Developer Contribution Legal Agreements.
