Notice of Works - Dutton Road Mount Barker

Date Range for Traffic Management : Monday 8th January to Saturday 29th June 2024 (weather dependent).
Mossop Construction & Interior are undertaking development works at 8 Dutton Road Mount Barker (St Francis De Sales School), in order to facilitate safe vehicle entry/ exit at the site, traffic management will be undertaken to ensure road user safety. Motorist may experience short periods of traffic delay when development vehicles are required to enter or exit the property.
For the safety of the workers and the community, Road traffic management and a reduced speed limit of 40 K/hr will be in operation between Monday 8th January to Saturday 29th June 2024 (please see traffic management plan below).
Road users are asked to observe workzone traffic management control in place when travelling through the area.
Whilst some temporary disruption to vehicular movement will be experienced at times as required, Mossop Construction will endeavour to minimise disruption to road users and nearby residents.
