Notice of Works - Barker Road Mount Barker
Mount Barker District Council is committed to maintaining infrastructure throughout the district and has in place a number of maintenance programs developed to assist in prioritising and scheduling works.
The Barker Road Detention Basin has been identified as needing de-silting and this activity includes the use of earthmoving equipment to clean out silt and debris. This allows better water flow into the basin from the surrounding areas.
Council’s contrator will be commencing works the week of 26 February 2024 and it is anticipated the works will be completed within one week. Generally hours of operation are between 7am and 5pm.
