Notice of Works - Footpath Sims Road and Rayson Way
Diverse Civil and Commercial Projects (DCCP) have been contracted to construct the land development “Adore Stage 1” on the corner of Sims Rd & Paech Rd, this includes a new Wetlands.
To facilitate construction of the wetlands, the current pedestrian footpath from Sims Rd to Rayson Way, will be closed for a period approx. 8 months, with detours in place as per the attached plan.
Construction activities will take place between the hours of 7am and 5pm, Monday to Saturday, however traffic control measures will be in place around the clock to ensure the safety of motorists, pedestrians, and workforce.
We understand that this activity may cause slight inconveniences, for which we greatly appreciate your patience. Please keep in mind we will do everything possible to minimise the inconvenience and aim to cause as little disturbance as possible.
