Temporary Food Premises
Temporary food premises include tents, marquees and open-air stalls used for the sale of food. Care must be taken at temporary food premises to keep food safe and protected from sunlight, dust, animals, insects and handling by customers.
The following information is provided to assist with the organisation of temporary food premises in a manner that complies with the food safety standards.
