Mt Barker, Totness and Littlehampton - Stormwater Management Plan (SMP)

The current Mount Barker, Totness and Littlehampton Stormwater Management Plan (SMP) was endorsed by Council in December 2016 (agenda / minutes).

Since then, our understanding of climate change and its impact on rainfall has improved significantly. As a result, the current SMP and its supporting information do not reflect the latest rainfall intensity projections or future flood risk associated with climate change.

Council is considering an update to the SMP to incorporate the latest climate science and rainfall data. This work will help ensure the plan provides a more accurate assessment of future flood risk and supports informed planning and stormwater management decisions.
