Pre-qualified Panels
Mount Barker District Council have established a pre-qualified contractor list within VendorPanel for trades professionals. This list provides Council staff with an efficient and effective route to contractors who are accredited and committed to relevant standards, have proven knowledge of Work Health and Safety and are appropriately licensed and insured. To be recognised as a pre-qualified contractor, Council’s minimum compliance requirements must be met and maintained.
Expressions of Interest from contractors wishing to be included in Council's Pre-Qualified Trades Panel may be made at any time to tenders@mountbarker.gov.au. If all the requirements are met and there is sufficient demand for the trade being applied for, Contractors may be added to the panel.
Current requirements include but are not limited to:
- Work Health and Safety policy and procedures
- Workers Compensation Insurance
- Public and Product Liability insurance
- Current trade specific licences and or qualifications
