Thank you for your interest in adopting a cat or kitten. This form helps us ensure that cats in our care are placed into suitable homes. Please note, applying for a cat does not guarantee adoption. Council will contact you within 7 days if your application is successful.

Do you own or rent your home? * Successful applicants who own their home will be asked to email proof of home ownership to council prior to finalising adoption. If you are renting, written landlord approval for pets will be required. Successful applicants will be asked to email this to council prior to finalising adoption.

If yes, are they desexed and microchipped? Required for dogs and cats under SA law unless exempt.
If you curently have pets, are they registered in DACO (Dogs and Cats Online)?
