Tourist attraction signs are designed to assist tourists to reach their intended destination. Generally, only the most appropriate and direct path will be signed, to guide people from the nearest arterial, main or major road to the tourist attraction. Tourism sign examples could be winery, bed & breakfast, tourism attraction etc.

Signage requests for items such as shopping centres, child care centres and emergency services are not classified as tourism signage and should be requested through email to council@mountbarker.sa.gov.au

Cost of Signs

Standard finger board sign (double sided) is 830mm long x 200mm high

If there is an existing pole (includes installation) this cost is $277.70 + administration fee of $112.20

If a pole needs to be installed the cost is $368.50 + administration fee of $112.20
