Can my rates be changed from 1 July if I remove my additional bins
No. If you are an existing additional bin resident, changes to your additional bins can only occur after 1 October 2024.
You will need to complete the removal / alteration of additional bin/s online form to nominate which bin/s to remove.
Changes to your rates will be adjusted pro-rata based on the time of application and applied from the next rates billing cycle.
