Deputations
Deputations (R11) are an important part of community participation in the decision-making process, providing individuals or groups in the community with an opportunity to present their opinions to the meeting. The Local Government (Procedures at Meetings) Regulations 2013 (the Regulations) provide that a person who wishes to appear as a Deputation and address the Council meeting on a matter must make the request in writing (R11).
If you would like to make a Deputation to Council please complete the online Request for Deputation form![]()
