Notice of Works - Dutton Rd Mt Barker (Homemaker Centre)

Please be advised of the proposed timing of works for the Homemaker Centre development on Dutton Road Mount Barker.
Chappell Builders have scheduled the below footpath/ kerb and road marking works due to traffic conditions and safety for their contractors.
Please note that the road line marking & signage works are to be continued during the afternoon.
- Concrete footpath/ kerb works scheduled for Monday 9th October 2023 (possibly Tuesday due to weather/ other circumstances), scheduled between 9.00am to 3.00pm;
- Road line marking works during the evening between 6.00pm to 2.00am (if required) except on Thursday evenings; this work is scheduled for one/ two days between 9 and 21 October depending on weather and any other unforeseen circumstances.
Traffic management will be in place as has been in the past, contra flow will be implemented and speed will be reduced to 25 k/hr whilst works are in progress (see below site plan).
