Notices of Works - Waterford Avenue Mount Barker

Date: Monday 13 to Friday 17 November 2023 (weather dependant).
Diverse Civil & Commercial will be undertaking service infrastructure works and also constructing a new property access for 1-5 Waterford Avenue, Mount Barker. Works are due to commence between Monday 13 to Friday 17 November 2023 (weather/ technical constraints dependant).
Diverse Civil & Commercial have applied to Council and have been granted approval to undertake workzone traffic management along a section of Waterford Avenue between 7.00am to 5.00pm daily until the works are completed.
Road traffic management will be in place for the safety of the workers and the community (please see traffic management plan below). Road users are asked to observe workzone traffic management control in place when travelling through the area.
Whilst some noise and temporary disruption to vehicular movement will be experienced at times as the works progress, Diverse Civil will endeavour to minimise disruption to nearby residents and apologise for any inconvenience.
