Customer Service Survey

Why a survey?

Customer Service is important to us! We want to know what our residents and businesses really think about our customer service delivery and if needed how we can improve it.

A market research company (Harrison Research) is conducting a phone survey on behalf of Council.

Customer service includes the way we talk to residents face-to-face, over the phone, emails or social media and how we offer information on our website and tell people about our services and how we will respond. We want to know what is best for our residents and all feedback is important.

 

When does the survey start?

Harrison Research will start calling local residents and businesses within our district starting Thursday 20 April for about a week and half (to the end of April).We are providing residents the opportunity to have their say about our service delivery, but we know everyone’s time is valuable and have been streamlined it to take about 10-15 minutes.

 

Do I have to do the survey?

Community participation is voluntary however if you are contacted by Harrison Research, we would appreciate your time in participating in this survey.

 

Who is getting a phone call – which townships?

It is important that we give everyone the opportunity to tell us what they think, so  we have made sure that all townships across our district are included.

 

Can I provide feedback in another way?

We want to deliver the best customer service we can, so we have other ways in which you can provide feedback - on-line versions of the surveys are available below, or you can request a call to complete the telephone survey. To do this, either phone Council on 8391 7200 and leave your name and contact number, or alternatively click here to leave your name and contact number, and we’ll ask Harrison Research to give you a call back.
