The Mount Barker Building Fire Safety Committee comprises:

  • A person with expertise in the area of Fire Safety
  • A person approved by the Chief Officer of the Country Fire service
  • A person approved by the Chief Officer of the Metropolitan Fire Service

The establishment of a Building Fire Safety Committee is required under the Planning, Development and Infrastructure Act 2016.
